Terms & Conditions :

  1. 25% Payment at the time of booking mandatory for confirmation of Stall Booking.
  2. Your Exhibitor Kit and Stand space will be handed over to you only after receving full payment.
  3. For payment verification, You need to provide payment receipt.
  4. If expo is cancelled by organizers due to any reason, Exhibitor will receive a 100% refund.
  5. If expo is cancelled by organizers due to any reason, 75% refund will be given to the sponsers.
  6. All rights reserved by SIA and Sanand Global Expo 2 Organizer Team (Timing, Location, Layout, Rates Rules Etc.), If any alteration in any condition would be informed in advance.
  7. If Booking of the Stand / Stall or Sponsorship is cancelled by the Exhibitor or Sponsor, Then it will not be liable to claim any refund.
